Tiffany Stifter, the Office Coordinator of the La Cygne, KS plant, is spearheading the effort to support a Christmas gift program for local children in need. For the second year in a row, Tiffany worked to ensure as many kids as possible have a present to unwrap this holiday season. So far in 2018, through team member donations that U.S. Minerals matched dollar-for-dollar, the La Cygne plant has raised $840 for the program. Working with the local La Cygne fire department, we will provide gifts such as dolls, socks and puzzles for 5 children in the area that have a high need for financial help. Tiffany explained, “I know how much my own daughter enjoys her Christmas gifts and can’t imagine not having the financial means to give her that. I’m glad we can support these families this holiday season.”
